April 24, 2007--Bottled-water company owner hopes bankruptcy saves his firm (Grand Junction Daily Sentinel)
The Biota water botteling plant in Ouray has been closed for several months, but by filing recently for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, the owner hopes to hold onto the plant and get it running again...The filing essentially forestalled a public auction of the company.
