The Ditch and Reservoir Company Alliance (DARCA) 5th Annual Convention will be held at the Ramada Hotel in Sterling, Colorado on February 22-23, 2007. Topics include South Platte River basin issues, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, forecasting streamflow and runoff, the value of irrigation systems to Colorado's wildlife, and estate planning for ditch companies and their shareholders.
