July 18, 2007--Hearings on tap for improving Jackson Gulch Reservoir canal (Mancos Times)
A U.S. Senate hearing to consider the authorization of more than $6 million in federal funding to help pay for the rehabilitation of Jackson Gulch Reservoir's water delivery system is scheduled for Thursday, July 26 in Washington, D.C. On May 30, Sen. Wayne Allard and Sen. Ken Salazar introduced Senate Bill 1477 for the rehabilitation of the Jackson Gulch irrigation canal system.
