The Southwestern Water Conservation District's annual water seminar always produces some interesting presenters with challenging ideas. This year one such presenter was Aaron Million, a Colorado State University graduate student, who is the developer of a proposed $4 billion pipeline that would bring water from Flaming Gorge Reservoir, on the Green River, in Wyoming to Colorado's Front Range.
