May 30, 2008--Water resources engineer hired (Durango Herald)
The Colorado Division of Water Resources has hired Rege Leach as the Water Division 7 engineer, responsible for administering water rights, groundwater well permitting, hydrography and dam safety in the San Juan Basin. He will begin work July 7.
