June 12, 2008--Republican River watershed offers weed management plan (Sterling Journal Advocate)
Recently land owners, community organizations, local and state agencies came together to discuss the possibility of forming a cooperative weed management area. There are numerous invasive and noxious weed that threaten the native habitat of the Republican River Watershed.
