June 17, 2008--Lower Blue water forum set for Thursday (Summit Daily News)
The Blue River Watershed Group and Friends of the Lower Blue River are teaming up to provide a public forum on Thursday on water use and development in the Lower Blue. Topics will include possible projects like a Green Mountain pumpback that would shunt water from Green Mountain Reservoir back to Dillon Reservoir through a pipeline, and the potential for a new Western Slope reservoir near Wolcott.
