June 21, 2008--Rifle restricts water use for its first time (Glenwood Springs Post Independent)
For the first time, Rifle residents are being put on even- and odd-numbered watering restrictions, along with a time frame that will go into effect Monday, June 23. The restrictions are being put in place due to increasing demands on the city’s Graham Mesa water treatment plant, according to City Manager John Hier.
