July 30, 2008--Brush council addresses storm water concerns (Fort Morgan Times)
Discussions centered largely around storm water management issues at the Brush City Council meeting Monday as the latest rash of storms to come through the area has continued to cause concern for residents and area businesses. Studies done in an effort to resolve flooding complaints have led to the creation of a Storm Water Master Plan. City Administrator Monty Torres said the plan highlights five major areas of concern in the city, with the downtown area at the top of that list.
