September 3, 2008--Fort Collins City Council votes to oppose NISP (Greeley Tribune)
The Fort Collins City Council voted unanimously to oppose the Northern Integrated Supply Project at its Tuesday night meeting. The council said it spent more than $700,000 on research and said that research found serious flaws in the environmental impact statement on the project that was prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
