September 7, 2007--Colorado NRCS allocated additional EQUIP dollars for resource recovery (High Plains Journal)
The Colorado USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service allocated approximately an additional $900,000 in Environmental Quality Incentives Program dollars to the Lower Arkansas River Watershed for resource recovery this simmer. Three critical resources issues that were addressed were water quality/quantity, soil erosion, and rangeland.
