August 28, 2009--At long last, Idarado and town settle (Telluride Daily Planet)
After more than a year of legal tussling over water rights in
Bridal Veil Basin, the town of Telluride and Idarado Mining Company
have resolved the one lingering dispute, putting to bed the litigation
and avoiding another trial. The settlement order was finalized
last week by District Court Judge James Schum.
